Pornography & Sex Addiction

You are not alone. Every day, youth and adults are bombarded with sex: whether in the news media, in social conversations, in social media, and in personal relationships. Sometimes, people become uncomfortable with how much they are thinking about sex or using sex/sexual media, and feel like they cannot control it. This can lead to loneliness, shame, and problems in your relationships. Our team is here to help.

Psychotherapy

Supportive, non‑judgmental therapy can help individuals understand the underlying factors, develop healthier coping strategies, and rebuild a sense of balance and connection in their lives. In therapy, we focus on understanding the emotional, relational, and behavioral patterns that make these habits feel hard to control. We will help you explore yourself and repair your relationship with others and your own self-worth.

Psychoeducation

Psychoeducation helps individuals make sense of the emotional, neurological, and behavioral factors that contribute to compulsive sexual behaviors or problematic pornography use. You will learn how stress, attachment patterns, trauma histories, and the brain’s reward system can shape these habits over time. Understanding how triggers, avoidance cycles, and shame responses work often reduces confusion and self‑blame, making space for healthier choices.

Support Group

Our support group offers a confidential, judgment‑free space to talk openly about experiences that often feel isolating. Groups focus on helping you understand the emotional and behavioral patterns behind your struggles, learn practical coping strategies, and build accountability in a supportive environment.
